When something works, that which doesn't work is exposed. When I accidentally started my first mini habit-and the changes I made were actually lasting-I realized the prior strategies I relied on were complete failures. So lets say you want to be physically healthy, you may start by doing one push up a day, yes you heard right 'one' push up per day.

The main aim of mini habits is to make the change a second nature of you which is making the change a habit. So instead of taking huge changes, mini habits helps you take very small actions that your mind wont face resistance when doing.

Often we face resistance when we want to make such huge changes in our lives due to uncertainty and risk associated with every change. Most people think to make change they have to make a dramatic change which happens in an instant, buts thats not the case.

This strategy will better equip you to change your life than 99% of the people you see walking around on this globe So lest start, a mini habit is a very small positive behaviour that you force yourself to do every day its 'too small to fail'.
